Victor is an AVP, Sr. Underwriter in Gen Re’s Individual Life Division. He is head of the Life & Health Foreign Risk committee. He has a degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Aberdeen. Victor holds the FALU, FLMI and ARA designations.
