Tobias Gütschow is a Treaty Underwriter in Gen Re’s Global Marine, Energy and Specialty team, which he joined in 2025. He previously worked in the actuarial department of another reinsurer, most recently as a Practice Leader responsible for pricing a broad range of lines of business. At Gen Re, he underwrites worldwide Marine, Upstream, Downstream and Renewable Energy treaty reinsurance.
