Taren is Sr. Claims Specialist with the North America Claims team. She joined Gen Re with extensive experience in both the reinsurance and insurance industries, with a breadth of knowledge specializing in Individual and Group Disability Claims. She has experience as a mentor, trainer and coach as well as auditor. She's a member of the International Claims Association (ICA). Taren holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota.
