Rich Willoughby is the London Casualty Claims Manager for Gen Re and the International Casualty Treaty Claims Manager for Faraday. He has worked for the group on and off since 2003, having worked at the Royal and Sun Alliance (now Intact) previously from 1997 to 2003, and at ACE (now Chubb) Tempest Re from 2005–2008.
