Gerhard Riedel joined Gen Re in 2000 as an Insurance Education Consultant. He is responsible for the German course “Certified Claims Assessment Specialist – CCI” as well as other German Life and Health claims-related offerings. Drawing on his university degree in education, sociology, and philosophy, Gerhard has a keen interest in the dynamics of individual and social transformation and in supporting course participants in their professional growth.
