Frank is Senior VP and Head of Individual Life. He joined Gen Re in 2023 as a Senior Account Executive on the Individual Life Sales & Marketing team and was promoted to Head of Individual Life Underwriting in 2024. Prior to Gen Re, Frank held senior leadership positions at several direct carriers, building broad expertise across underwriting, product development, innovation, reinsurance, and actuarial disciplines. He is a graduate of Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. Frank holds the FSA and MAAA designations.
