Dan Podmore is the Head of Claims for Gen Re’s Life and Health business in Australia and New Zealand. Since joining Gen Re in 2015, he has held senior technical roles and now leads the management of the Life and Health claims portfolio across both markets. With more than 15 years of life insurance experience, Dan specialises in complex disability and lump sum claims and has held senior positions within several direct insurance offices in Australia. He holds a Diploma of Life Insurance and is an Associate of both ALUCA and ANZIIF.
