Joe is VP, Chief Underwriter for Gen Re’s Medicare Supplement and Group Life products. He leads a team of underwriters who support reinsurance clients through facultative and consultative underwriting services. He works closely with Gen Re’s Research Center developing and presenting Gen Re market and underwriting surveys. Joe has more than 20 years of industry experience focusing primarily on the Employer and Employee Paid Group insurance market. Joe recently served as President of the Group Underwriters Association of America and is a member of GUAA’s Group Life Committee.
