Jena is VP, Marketing Actuary for Gen Re’s Group & Health products. She previously had responsibility for Group Life/AD&D and Medicare Supplement clients, including pricing, product development and macro-risk management. Jena also supports our reinsurance business by pricing new programs and performing ongoing block analysis. Prior to joining Gen Re, Jena served as Assistant VP & New Business Profitability Actuary at Unum, where she spent over 15 years working in multiple actuarial service capacities. She received her BA in Mathematics and Religion from the University of Iowa. Jena holds the FSA and MAAA designations.
