Horst Agata is Gen Re’s Senior Marketing Manager for Latin America, Spain and Portugal, based in Madrid, with more than 30 years of experience in the international insurance and reinsurance industry. He studied Economics and Mathematics at the universities of Duisburg and Madrid. He joined General Reinsurance AG in Cologne in 1993 and spent 25 years working for Gen Re Mexico, and has been actively involved in the development of reinsurance markets across Latin America.
