Heather is VP, Business Development with Individual Life Client Solutions, delivering high-impact value-added services to meet clients' needs including Next Gen underwriting tools and mortality improvement solutions. She has over 25 years of experience working for carriers and reinsurers in the life and annuity insurance industry in multiple product lines. Heather previously served as Head of Americas Life & Health Solutions for Swiss Re, Head of Wellness Innovation for John Hancock Insurance, and as Actuary for The Hartford. She also has been an advisor and consultant to many innovative vendors and solutions in the insurance industry. Heather is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with a BS in Actuarial Science and an MS in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.
