Cecil is a VP, Senior Underwriting Executive for the Group & Health division. He has more than 30 years of experience in Facultative Life underwriting and is also skilled in Medicare Supplement and Group Life underwriting in areas of claims analysis, calibration of prescription tools, and design of applications and underwriting rules. Cecil is also Gen Re’s motorsport avocation rating expert and is an active auto racer. He holds the FALU and FLMI designations.
