Bill is a Vice President and the Workers' Compensation Claims Manager for Gen Re. He has responsibility for the oversight, reserving, technical claim support and administration for all workers' compensation and employers' liability reinsurance claim exposures. In this capacity, Bill also monitors and has authored articles on emerging issues and other topics related to the workers' comp claim environment. Bill has a multi-line claim management background, with a strong concentration in workers' compensation, that spans 30+ years of experience as a claim professional in the insurance and reinsurance industries. He is on the board of directors of AmCOMP, The American Society of Workers' Comp Professionals. Bill's designations include: CPCU, ARe, ARM, AIC, WCP, and AU.
