Steve is Senior VP, Head of Group & Health, where he leads the strategic and business direction of the segment with full P&L responsibility for Medicare Supplement, Individual Disability, Group Life, and Long Term Care. Previously, he led new business development and account management for the Medicare Supplement and Individual Disability Income lines of business. Steve joined Gen Re in 2011, and has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning both reinsurance and direct-writing carriers. Steve is past president of the International DI Society and currently serves on the ACLI Disability Income Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Worcester State University and an MBA from Norwich University.
