Donna is Head of Client Solutions, where she is responsible for developing and expanding value-added franchises as well as targeted reinsurance solutions for our clients. Donna previously served as Head of the Individual Life Division, responsible for Sales and Marketing, Underwriting and Account Management. Prior to joining Gen Re in 2019, Donna spent more than 25 years on the direct side of the business in various actuarial roles across life and health insurance products with Baltimore Life, F&G Life, AEGON, and CIGNA. Her experience includes leadership of pricing and product development teams, strategic initiatives including automated and simplified underwriting programs, acquisitions, risk management, and marketing. Donna is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
