Welcome to Our New Hires

Ammon DixonAmmon Dixon joined Gen Re in August as VP, Risk Management, Strategic Initiative Projects. His primary role will entail the ongoing study, development, implementation and project management of client-focused Risk Management solutions. Projects will include Automated and Accelerated Underwriting, data and associated analysis, and vetting third-party vendors to promote reinsurance client acquisition, profitable business development and state-of-the-art risk selection and claims management. Previously, Ammon worked with EMSI and SCOR.

Yvonne RenYvonne Ren, FSA, joined Gen Re in August as AVP of the Actuarial Research & Development team where she will focus on data and analytics. Prior to this role, Yvonne worked in Gen Re’s office in Asia as Regional Actuary. Yvonne has more than 19 years of actuarial experience including pricing, valuation, experience analysis and predictive analytics. She began her career at Aetna in Shanghai before joining Gen Re there in 2003.

Kimberly Shove  joined Gen Re in July as a Claims Executive, providing claim risk management expertise for Life, Health and Disability products. She will help clients manage risk to improve business performance. Kim's years of multi-product experience (IDI, LTD, STD, Association, LWOP) includes complex claim management and appeals. Prior to joining Gen Re, Kim was a Director of Risk Services, managing a complex claim team as well as vendor relationships for claim resources such as CPAs, Peer Reviewers and Investigators for Aetna, Inc.
