Joe Iannetti is responsible for Group Life/AD&D and Group Critical Illness underwriting policies and practices for Gen Re's North America Life & Health division. Joe leads a team of underwriters who support Group reinsurance clients through facultative and consultative underwriting services. He works closely with Gen Re’s Research Center developing and presenting Gen Re market and underwriting surveys. Joe has 20 years of industry experience focusing primarily on the Employer and Employee Paid Group insurance market. Joe also serves as Programming Director of the Group Underwriters Association of America’s Board of Directors and is a member of GUAA's Group Life Committee.
