Andres Webersinke is Gen Re’s Global Chief Underwriting Officer for Life/Health and Head of R&D, responsible for leadership in assessing individual risks and R&D activities. The R&D activities include Gen Re’s Business School, InsurTech co-operations, Underwriting Research & Rules Engine as well as Products & Analytics. During the course of his more than 25 years with Gen Re he has held various technical, marketing and management positions in Germany, South Africa, Singapore and Australia.
