Jim Whamond is a Senior VP, Treaty Account Executive for The Mutual Practice. Jim has a Multiline background and over the years has worked with a broad spectrum of company types, lines of business and geographies. Jim began his career at the Aegon Reinsurance Co. of America. He then joined National Re in 1987, which was acquired by Gen Re in the fall of 1996. During his career, he's held various positions including Treaty Marketing Manager for National Re’s UK Branch and Treaty Marketing Manager for Gen Re’s South and West Regions. Jim holds a BA in Physics from the College of the Holy Cross.
