Summary: Der "Case Manager" im täglichen Einsatz: Aktives Schadenmanagement für Personenschäden zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt wird bei den VGH Versicherungen bereits seit 2002 betrieben. Die Software "Case Manager" unterstützt den Schadenregulierer bei kleinen und mittleren Personenschäden mit medizinischen Informationen, die dann eine frühe Steuerung des Heilungsprozesses ermöglichen.
