COMET (Commitment to Ongoing Medical Education and Training)
Our training initiative COMET – The Professional Underwriter is a program designed to provide office-based on-going education for underwriters. COMET consists of three parts and combines periodic medical underwriting workshops or "training modules" with between-module correspondence based education:

Through our Gen Re Business School, we offer a comprehensive program of introductory and advanced courses in the field of Life and Disability insurance for all German-speaking countries for underwriters and disability claims adjusters.
Our seminar concepts include seminar weeks and self-study as well as follow-up support, with information seminars organized at yearly intervals. Our training program is rounded off by modules and one-day seminars on selected topics for underwriters and medical advisors.
