It owns General Reinsurance Corporation and holds a controlling interest in Kölnische Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG (Cologne Re). Together, General Re and Cologne Re conduct business as Gen Re.

Gen Re provides a wide range of reinsurance solutions for the Life and Non-Life Insurance Industry. We work closely with our clients to understand their strategic and operational issues. With this knowledge, we develop risk transfer solutions tailored to their specific coverage needs.
